Please note confirmation of payment is NOT confirmation of place – places will only be reserved on receipt of payment AND completed/signed consent forms. Payments take 7-10 working days to reach our bank account. Parents should use the links below to access any payment plans. Parents with an existing mandate can have a payment set up by Daffodil – when you receive an email asking for authorisation; please approve asap.

Spring Term Subs: 4 January – 29 March 2021
Due to being temporarily homeless and current COVID-19 risk we will NOT be returning to face-to-face meetings and will continue with virtual meetings.  Subs for the full Spring 2021 term will be:

Virtual meetings via Zoom (every fortnight due to group size):
£1.50 x 6 = £9 + £7 yearly membership fee contribution = £15**

** For those who chose to offset the £20 Parva House refund against subs,  subs for the Spring 2021 will therefore be zero. Please email Daffodil to check if you are expected to pay any subs.  If due to pay subs, pay here by Monday 4 January as subs must be paid in full to receive Zoom invites .

Please note Brownies missing 3 consecutive weeks may lose their place in the Unit and a refund of subs WILL ONLY be considered if at least 4 weeks notice of leaving is given.  Brownies leaving within 6 months of joining will also have to return the sling bag & Brownie book given when they joined.  No refunds of zoom subs will be given as those subs has paid for the Zoom Packs sent home.  For Spring term subs only – to withdraw before Census cut-off, notification by 15 February 2021 required.


Summer Term Subs: 19 April – 19 July 2021
It is not yet known if we will be returning to face-to-face meetings or continuing our virtual meetings.  Potential subs for the full Spring 2021 term will depend on a number of factors but may be:

If we are meeting face to face (every fortnight due to group size) subs will be:  £3 x 6 = £18+£2 census = £20
If holding virtual meetings via Zoom (every fortnight due to group size) subs will be: £1.50 x 6 = £9+£7 census = £15
If we are back to “normal” and meeting face-to-face every week, subs will be: £2.25 x 12 = £27 +£3 census = £30

Brownie Holiday Weekend – September 2021
Cost for the 2 night full board weekend will be around £20 (reduced from £35) tbc
£10 Non-refundable deposit due by tbc
Final balance is due by tbc.

For those 7 year olds (as at September 2021) not confident enough to come for the whole weekend, sign up for the Saturday visit
Cost for day visitors (including lunch) is £10 to be paid in full by tbc

Refund Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Withdrawals after Monday 2 August will only receive a refund for the food portion of the weekend (approx £8).
Withdrawals after Monday 6 September, no refunds are available or possible as everything including food would have been paid for.


End of Term Trip  2021  –  July 2021

IF this still goes ahead, the cost for the trip to Activities Away tbc (around £8) – link for payment to follow nearer the time.
Sign up deadline is Monday 7 June
Withdrawals after Monday 5 July are non-refundable as the event will have already been paid for
