Please note confirmation of payment is NOT confirmation of place – places will only be reserved on receipt of payment AND completed/signed consent forms. Payments take 7-10 working days to reach our bank account. Parents should use the links below to access any payment plans:

Autumn Term Subs: 7 September – 18 December 2020
Subs for the full Autumn 2020 term will as follows:

Subs for new members and parents who would like to donate the subs owed (£4.50) from the 2 missed meetings is £29.25 (13 x £2.25)
For those wishing a refund of the 2 weeks owed from 2 cancelled meetings in March 2020, subs will be £24.75

Full subs – £29.25 pay here by Monday 14 September

Please note Brownies missing 3 consecutive weeks may lose their place in the Unit and a refund of subs WILL ONLY be considered if at least 6 weeks notice of leaving is given.  Brownies leaving within 6 months of joining will also have to return the sling bag & Brownie book given when they joined.


Panto Trip – January 2021
Cost for the Panto trip tbc (around £10 which includes sweets & a badge) – link for payment to follow nearer the time
Sign up deadline is Monday 19 October
Withdrawals after Monday 2 November are non-refundable as the tickets would have already been purchased


End of Term Bowling Trip – December 2020

Spring Term Subs: 4 January – 29 March 2021
Subs for the full Spring 2021 term will £30 (12 @ £2.25 per week plus a £3 contribution towards census)
Pay here by Monday 25 January.

This is a District-run event so payment links will come directly from Sarai via email


Museum of Lincolnshire Life & Observatory Trip –  March 2021
Cost is free BUT £10 deposit required.  £10 cash in sealed, named envelope to be dropped off by Monday 22 February
Deposit will be returned on day of trip
Withdrawals after Monday 1 March are non-refundable as the tickets/entry fee will have already been paid for


St Barnabas Colour Dash Fest 2021  –  May 2021
Cost for the non-refundable entry fee for children is £5 – link for payment to follow nearer the time

Summer Term Subs: 19 April – 19 July 2021
Subs for the full Summer 2021 term will £27 (12 @ £2.25 per week)

Brownie Holiday Weekend – September 2021
Cost for the 2 night full board weekend will be £35-£40 tbc
Non-refundable deposit due by Monday 12 May
Final balance is due by Monday 19 July.

For those 7 year olds (as at September 2021) not confident enough to come for the whole weekend, sign up for the Saturday visit
Cost for day visitors (including lunch) is £15 to be paid in full by Monday 12 May

Refund Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Withdrawals after Monday 2 August will only receive a refund for the food portion of the weekend (approx £8) as all other resources would have already been bought and paid for
Withdrawals after Monday 6 September, no refunds are available or possible as everything including food would have been paid for.
