To encourage our Brownies to remember their promise; in particular to “… do my best …” at every meeting, we have a weekly best Brownie award.

To encourage our Brownies to attend every meeting and to remember to bring everything they need, we run a best six league table.
Brownie buddies
We ask our older and more experienced Brownies to volunteer to be a Brownie buddies for our Tweenies and any new Brownies transferring from other units.
Tweenies
Here at 1st Waddington (RAF) Brownies, when a new girl joins Brownies for the first time, she is known as a Tweenie until she takes her promise.
